Cool Down with the Wiisper Wii Replacement Fan

Hardcore Wii gamers that spend most of their days playing on their console rather than doing anything else, will find comfort in the new Wiisper Wii Replacement Fan. This fan was designed to reduce the event of overheating, which damages the CPU of the console. So if you have a Wii that you spent big bucks on and love it enough that you don’t want to wait for another one to go in stock at your local electronics or video game store, the Wiisper Wii Replacement Fan is for you!

Here are some general console facts, including for the Nintendo Wii, just in case you haven’t done your research. Leaving your console on while it’s undergoing firmware or game updates can slowly overheat your console. If the fan is blocked due to an enclosed space in your entertainment center, of if it is sitting on carpet, then it is almost guaranteed that your console will overheat faster. And, when you power down your Wii, it emits a series of temperature spikes which can cause CPU damage in your console over time because the heat is unable to escape efficiently.

The Wiisper Wii Replacement Fan can ease your concerns, because even though it is the same size as the OEM fan, it keeps the console’s CPU cooler and reduces the fluctuation in of temperature. It even gives off a cool and attractive look with a red or green glow – perfect for those with an already colorful Wii case!

This replacement fan is powered by a 5v circuit that uses a cable included in your package. Because of this, you won’t have to worry about soldering anything! And if you consider yourself a pro console modder, especially with the Nintendo Wii, then you can mod your case to include the Wiisper Wii Fan with your current OEM fan, making protection from overheating even greater. Instructions regarding installation will be included with your order just in case you’ve never tried your hands to modding before.

This Wiisper Wii Replacement Fan is a necessity to those who love their Wii and use it to its fullest! If you consider yourself a hardcore Wii gamer, and don’t already have this item, you can pick it up at The Game Train store for £10.99 with a red or green lighting option!

For gamers who always wanted to change up the lighting effects in their consoles, The Game Train has a special deal for you! Our online store is proud to offer you the PulseVU 2 for your Nintendo Wii and the PulseVU 2x for your Xbox 360. What’s cool about these items, is that if you have ANY console that has a 3V – 5V power supply, you can use them too, so it’s not just limited to those specific consoles.

The PulseVU 2 and PulseVU 2x will allow you to personalize your very own color light show on your console using LEDs. These items come with 17 different modes that can be combined to suit your preference. Since you’ll be customizing it, you can have your light show exactly the way you want it. You can have it glowing to the beat of your music with a wide variety of pulses, faders, flashes, or dims – or you can have it full-on!

Compared to the PulseVU 1, these are smaller, much easier to install, and simpler to control – no more minutes spent working with MP points! If you ever have the urge to change the lighting effects for your console, you can do so with a push of a button that’s already on your console so there will be no need to install a special external control or to go through the trouble to disassemble your console again. There’s also a super convenient quick disable feature which will allow you to turn your lights on or off at will.

The PulseVU 2x was made specifically for the Xbox 360 Ring of Light and the PulseVU 2 will work on your Wii lightbar even if WiiConnect24 is not enabled. You’re able to power up approximately 18 LEDs, or with the Power Extender, you can use up about 150 LEDs! This will give you the creative space you need to make your console look its very best.

If you’re ready to set your console apart from all the rest, buy the PulseVU 2 or PulseVU 2x now!

Hot Rock Case for Wii - the Colour Changing Wii Mod

Cool looking case mods aren’t just for Xbox 360 or PS3 owners anymore! The Wii II-Case Replacement Shell Hot Rock Color Changing Case combines a cool LED light system with colors which are tied to the temperature of your system. At the 50 degree Celsius mark, the LEDs in the Hot Rock Case turn red, a powerful visual indicator of the heat inside the system as well as one of the most striking and attractive case mods that I’ve seen.

The colors that the Hot Rock Case Mod generates inside the Wii range from light blue at the lowest temperatures to red at the highest, running through blue, green, yellow and orange in between. Colors change only at every five degrees Celsius, while the numeric indicator on the case mod tells you the exact temperature.

The Hot Rock Case Mod for the Wii is simple to set up, and includes the unusual tri-wing screwdriver needed to open the Wii’s case so everything that you need is included with the set. This case mod is a welcome addition to the modding world and gives Wii owners a great way for them to give their favorite system a whole new look!
