Delivery & Returns

If you order before 1pm and your item is in stock, your order will be dispatched the same day.

We provide multiple postage options for both UK and International customers:

United Kingdom

Royal Mail 1st Class: Next day postage that usually arrives the next working day. This service is untraceable and does not need to be signed for.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signed For): Next day postage that usually arrives the next working day. Someone will need to be in to sign for the parcel. If nobody is in, you will receive a delivery note with options to get it redelivered or collect it from your local post office. Recommended for more valuable orders.

UPS Next Day (with tracking): Guaranteed next day delivery from date of posting. This can be tracked online and needs to be signed for upon delivery. Recommended for very valuable/urgent orders

International

Royal Mail Airmail: Delivery to European countries within three working days; delivery to worldwide countries within five working days. This service is untraceable and does not need to be signed for.

Royal Mail International Signed For: Delivered at the same speed as Royal Mail Airmail (3-5 working days) and requires a signature upon delivery.

If your order has been shipped via a service with a tracking number, your dispatch email will include the tracking number, so you can trace your delivery online.

Returns

We offer a 14 returns policy. Where goods are not faulty (for instance, if they are incompatible with your setup), we are unable to refund postage.

If your product is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange or replace it for you.

All goods must be returned in complete condition, with full packaging.

For returns, please contact support@thegametrain.com with your order details and reason for return to receive an RMA number.
