How It Works:
Once you've booked in your console, on your day of choice our courier will pick up your Xbox 360 from your wherever you want (either home or work address) and bring it to our console repair center.
Here, our experienced technicians, who repair over 50 Xbox consoles/week, will use the latest diagnostic tools and utilities in our comprehensive workshop to get your 360 working again. All completed repairs will be fully cleaned and serviced including checking of cooling fans, airflow, temperature etc before being returned. Parts permitting, most consoles will be fixed within 1-3 days.
We will then return your fully working Xbox 360 via fully insured courier back to your address. The console will be covered for the same fault with a three month warranty. The 3 month warranty is only valid IF the machine has not been previously opened.
What You Need To Do
We've tried to make the whole process as simple as possible for you, which is why we charge one standard repair price of £59.99, which includes courier pick up and return delivery. All we need from you is to box up your Xbox 360 and tell us what's wrong with it:
- Add this item to your cart.
- From the drop down-menu below, select the day that you want the courier to pick up your console.
- Enter your billing address at the checkout. If you require your Xbox 360 to be picked up from a different address, (such as your place of work) then please write this in the comments box at the checkout.
- Complete the checkout process and make the payment.
- You will be able to download the repair form and shipping label. Print both of these documents and fill out the repair form with details of the fault and your return address details.
- Box up your console only and include the completed repair form. We do not want the cables, accessories, hard drives, joypads etc. Attach the shipping address label onto the package.
- Your console will be collected, repaired and delivered back to you, normally all within a week.
A few words of advice...
- Please ensure you follow the seven steps above exactly, as deviating from them could cause delays, especially if you do not include the filled out repair form.
- When packing the box, try to use the original 360 box with lots of packaging material. If this is not possible, then use a box not much larger than the Xbox 360 itself and pack it well with bubble wrap or other packing material in order to prevent any potential movement or damage en route. The package should not weigh more than 4kg (console itself is approx 3kg) and should not be more than 50cm x 50cm x 50cm in size.
- The three month warranty only applies if your console has not been previously opened and only covers you for the same fault. If your machine has already been opened (for instance, if you have attempted repair yourself or to have a flashed drive), you will not be covered by the three month warranty.
- By using this service, you agree that your Xbox 360 warranty will be invalidated, as we are required to open up the case.
- We are able to repair most Xbox 360 faults, but occasionally we come across a rare problem that we aren't able to fix. If this is the case, your order will be refunded and you will only be charged £14.99 for shipping.
- To keep things simple and to save you money, we offer one standard repair price of £59.99, which includes UK courier both ways. If extra parts are required, we will contact you and take payment over the phone. You are under no obligation to have the work done and if you do not wish for us to proceed, we will refund £45 of your payment and return your console.
- If you place your order after 9am and select that you would like the courier today, we will arrange for collection the next working day.
- So we don't receive consoles we can't account for, you will only be able to download the repair form/shipping label after you have completed the checkout.
- Although this service averages one week door-to-door turnaround, it can occasionally take longer if parts are not in stock.
